At this General Assembly, the EIC launched its brand new 5-year strategic plan, and discussed and decideed on important internal changes to the EIC bylaws. In the second half, Professor Lauren Clack from the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care at the University of Zurich and Dr Philipp Kohler from St. Gallen Cantonal Hospital gave a presentation on user-centred design in Implementation Science and its application to infectious diseases.
