EIE2023 Venue

The European Implementation Event 2023 takes place in Basel, Switzerland

Two beautiful venues

Hotel Odelya will be the main venue of EIE2023 and the Biozentrum of the University of Basel will be the place for specific sessions. Both venues are only a few minutes walk from each other. A detailed schedule of the program and venues for the specific sessions will be provided well in advance of the event.

Where to stay in Basel

If you prefer a room at the Odelya Hotel, please book directly via email and not through their website booking form. Do mention your check-in and check-out date together with the code "EIE2023" in your email to them. We have a special EIE2023 rate of CHF 169.00 per room and night plus CHF 4.00 city tax per person and night. There is a limited amount of rooms available, so do not wait too long with your booking!
