Below you will find research projects that the EIC supports. These projects are currently ongoing and are in various stages of their research. The EIC showcases these projects and there is usually an opportunity to get involved, for example, in data collection or other roles. If you are interested in any of the projects, contact information is provided below. If you are interested in seeing your own implementation project represented here, please send an email to [email protected].

Validation of the Implementation Support Competencies Assessment (ISCA)

An international team of researchers at the University of North Carolina and the University of Zurich seeks responses to the Implementation Support Competencies Assessment (ISCA). The ISCA is intended to help implementation support practitioners (ISPs) around the world to reflect on implementation support skills for a set of 15 core competencies. ISPs support organizations, leaders, and staff in their implementation of evidence-informed programs, practices, or policies in health, social welfare, and education for the benefit of service users. If this describes you, please participate!

A large sample of respondents will help to validate the ISCA, which is a collaboratively developed assessment tool rooted in several years of empirical work (see related references below). Your responses will be completely anonymous. One benefit to participating is the option to download a PDF of your responses to the survey, including all ISCA items. This information might help you identify strengths and growth opportunities in your work supporting implementation efforts.

If you are interested in participating and completing the ISCA, please click the condensed link below, which will take you to our survey in Qualtrics. The survey includes brief screener questions and informed consent materials.
